Independence in Healthcare

Infinite (definition): Endless possibilities for growth and innovation – together, we’re on a mission to empower patients to be active participants in their healthcare.

We are a collaborating group of local medical practices, independently owned and led by our physicians. We formed i-Health as a framework for growth and sustainability of independent physician practices that focus on patient choice. By enabling physician practices to remain independent, and encouraging patients to be active participants in their healthcare decisions, i-Health preserves true, patient-first care.
