Introducing pre-natal and post-partum yoga classes through i-Health Pelvic Health

Join us for a weekly yoga flow class with an emphasis on moving your body in ways that feel comfortable for you during your prenatal and post-partum period.

The classes will focus on poses for mobility, strength, and relaxation during and after pregnancy. You will be guided through yoga practices with a pelvic floor physical therapist who is also a certified yoga instructor with a specialty in prenatal and post-partum yoga practice.

We welcome anyone to join this community in any stage of pregnancy or post-partum recovery.

No childcare on site, please find alternative arrangements.

Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at i-Health Pelvic Health Therapy (3400 W. 66th St, Suite 240, Edina MN 55435)
